Ordering Policies & Procedures

Welcome to the official DPE website. We are currently working towards having a full online inventory. Please call us for all your fuel injection & turbocharger needs at 877-FOR-FUEL (367-3835) or email our parts department at darla@dpefuel.com. We offer many products that we do not have listed! Give us a call and talk to us about all your needs!

Shipping Policies & Procedures

We can ship anywhere in the United States, as well as internationally. Most orders ship within 24 hours from the time that the order is received. We work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, so please remember that when estimating your package arrival date. Orders placed Friday after 1pm central time will be shipped on the following Monday. We will forward you the UPS info as soon as we process your order. You may also monitor your package’s progress at any time. If we do not have the unit ready and need to build it, we will contact you. All shipments are normally sent through UPS unless you request another method. If you do not have a charge account with us, we can process your credit card or accept COD orders, whichever you prefer.

International Orders

This website may not have accurate shipping charges for orders that are to be shipped outside the contiguous, lower 48 states. Should you place an order with us for an item to be shipped outside the 48 contiguous states, you will be contacted by us for authorization of any additional shipping charges before you are charged or the item shipped.

NOTE: Shipments to all countries outside the USA: if you are placing an order from outside the United States, we can only accept payment by wire transfer of US funds. Also, we cannot ship to countries where shipments are prohibited by the United States Government.

Accuracy of the Catalog

Although we do our best to ensure the accuracy of our online catalog, there could still be errors. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all information on prices, parts, etc. will be 100% accurate. In some cases there could be more than one possible number for the same part. In the event that there are any discrepancies in pricing or application you will be informed before the unit is shipped. Return Policies

Parts Returns

We accept parts returns within 30 days of the original purchase. They also must be in new, resalable condition and nothing can be missing, used, or broken. You must call for an RMA (no exceptions). We also require a copy of the sales receipt. There is a 15% restocking fee with all parts returns. In the event that the parts were special ordered, they are not refundable unless we are able to return them to our vendor. We do not credit freight costs.

Pumps & Turbos Returns

We accept parts returns on pumps & turbos within a 30 day period, providing they have not been disassembled, installed or altered. We do NOT accept returns on special order items or performance products, without prior approval from our sales department. Please call to obtain an RMA. A refund will be processed after determination is made by our sales staff, with a 15% restocking fee. We do not credit freight costs.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy for Diesel Injection Pumps & Injectors

If the rebuilt unit fails due to workmanship or a defect in material within the 12 month warranty period, DPE will repair or replace the unit at no charge to the customer. We require proof of purchase, hours or mileage, date of install & failure date, application, and engine serial number. Without these items, there will be no warranty. If the unit has failed due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot warranty it. Examples that would void a warranty:

  • Water damage or improper fuel.
  • Seal wires broken.
  • Lack of lube oil or contaminated oil.
  • Abuse, misuse, improper install.

Warranty Policy for Diesel Turbos

Core Acceptance Policy

For diesel pumps, injectors, and turbos:

  • Core must be part number for part number.
  • Core must be “as removed from motor”, missing parts will be deducted from core charge.
  • Core must not be damaged from abuse.
  • All cores returned should have a “core return” tag.
  • Cores damaged in fires or wrecks may have a lesser or no core value.
  • Units damaged from improper removal may a lesser or no core value.
  • Cores with broken or damaged housing or camshaft may have lesser or no core value.
  • Seized head & rotors may have a lesser or no core value.
  • Cores must be not assembled from scrap parts.
  • Cores are due within 30 days of invoice date, after the 30 day mark no core credit.
